fix: guard against None current_price in stop-loss/take-profit evaluation
Add None check at the top of TradeStopLoss.has_triggered() and TradeTakeProfit.has_triggered() so that newly created trades whose last_reported_price has not yet been set do not cause a TypeError during backtest evaluation. Fixes #384
