How to Install

1. Download both zip files below
2. Download Install.bat and Install.ps1 from the repo
3. Create this folder structure:

   AMD_Phoenix_Setup/
   ├── Install.bat
   ├── Install.ps1
   └── Drivers/
       ├── GPU/          ← extract Drivers-GPU.zip here
       ├── Audio/        ← extract audio files from Drivers-Audio-NPU.zip
       ├── NPU/          ← extract NPU files from Drivers-Audio-NPU.zip
       └── Pluton/       ← extract Pluton files from Drivers-Audio-NPU.zip
   

4. Run Install.bat as Administrator
5. Reboot when prompted, then run again

What It Fixes

• AMD Phoenix INF patched with NTamd64.10.0.3 (Server ProductType=3) sections
• Auto-creates self-signed certificate and signs driver catalog
• Installs Windows SDK/WDK automatically if needed
• GPU, Audio, NPU all installed in one click
