Improve PDF rendering / printing access

### Describe the feature

Instead of the current situation where you have to use the screengrab shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+G) to get a PDF, or otherwise call Content.MakeToolbarPDF to add a PDF button, we should have a generic print/PDF button in the scene context menu.
