Hosted-AI-infra-with-x402 on CF Workers is a great existence-proof that "managed x402" is a viable category — and a clean agent.json + MCP endpoint is exactly the shape downstream agents like to consume. Filed #140 for x402-saas (multi-tenant hosted facilitator on Base via Render). Different deploy target, similar wedge.
