Nuxt: Overwritten prose components are not overwritten in SSR

In SSR, the overwritten prose components do not apply. In the browser the prose components then get replaced with the overwritten ones, resulting in a flicker and hydration mismatch.

ThIs should be fixed in the main branch and will publish in next release.

Thanks for the quick fix!!

I also had issues with seems like caching / not discovering newly addes overwrites, but possibly it was related.
