docs: clarify RAV4 Hybrid is Rav4 Hybrid non-PHEV support

I'm sure it's not just me and @ErichMoraga who get this in #toyota-lexus but people sometimes get confused and think their Rav4 Prime or PHEV is at the same level of support as the Rav4 Hybrid. This confusion of official support ties up the community channel and I'm sure it sometimes also ties up comma support's times sometimes as well.

https://comma.ai/vehicles should clarify that RAV4 Hybrid is not Rav4 Prime or PHEV by putting in Rav4 Hybrid (Non-PHEV) to better give a sense of comma's official support.

While @ErichMoraga and others have attempted to argue to put the Rav4 Prime or PHEV in the list in some way to indicate community support, this is an opposite issue. We want comma to more strongly emphasize here that the listed RAV4 Hybrid support does not mean PHEV support from comma.

Hopefully this saves everyone time in explaining things and isn't too intrusive of a string addition.
