Decide how to describe equally named commands for different shells

Possible solutions:

• use shell prefix for commands like bash.echo.btldr
• use directories for grouping commands like bash/echo.btldr

@kbdharun, wdyt? TlDr project has the same issue now, but this project should address it definitely.
