Summary
Added a new Rock-Paper-Scissors game project to the Vanilla Verse repository.
Includes buttons to select Rock, Paper, or Scissors, displays player and computer choices, determines and shows the round result (win/lose/draw), keeps and displays scores, and has a restart button to reset the game.
Styled with simple, clean CSS consistent with Vanilla Verse styles.
