Adds green-keeper under Code Quality & Testing — a Claude Code plugin that keeps your tests and types green while you code: it fixes failing tests and type errors with a minimal change and re-runs to prove it, and won't let a session end with newly-introduced red. It refuses fake-green (no skipped tests, no silenced errors).
It's part of the localplugins marketplace (also content-multiplier and money-map), all MIT and local-first.
Added as a README pointer link (external repo), matching the other external entries (AgentLint, aws-cost-saver, etc.).
