List flashes on Android in Expo 54 SDK

Describe the bug
After updating to Expo 54 SDK, the list visibly flashes whenever the list order is updated on Android only, web version works as expected.

To Reproduce
Change order of list items when testing in Expo Go in Android.

Platform & Dependencies
Please list any applicable dependencies in addition to those below (react-navigation etc).

• react-native-draggable-flatlist version: 4.0.3
• Platform: Android
• React Native or Expo version: 54.0.10
• Reanimated version: 4.1.2
• React Native Gesture Handler version: 2.28.0

Additional context
Issue does not occur on web version and did not occur in older versions of Expo SDK.
