docs: expand cookbook with Python, TypeScript, Rust, Go, and bug fixing recipes

The cookbook only had 2 recipes (docs and test coverage). Users landing on
it expecting setups for their stack found nothing. Added 5 new recipes
covering the most common ecosystems and workflows, all using the v0.1.9
API with explicit primitive dependencies and named placeholders.
