chore: mark built-in runtime migration as breaking

Record the already-landed ttyd removal as the next major line so semantic-release
stops treating the current dev branch as a patch series.

BREAKING CHANGE: remobi replaces the ttyd-based runtime with the built-in terminal runtime.
