refactor: move skills/ to .agents/skills/ for auto-discovery by Devin, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot
- Rename skills/ -> .agents/skills/ following the Agent Skills standard - Add constructive-setup skill (lightweight setup guide with cross-references) - Update AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, README.md path references - npx skills add still works (scans entire repo for SKILL.md files)
