Hi! 👋 This PR proposes GitAgent Protocol (GAP) support for Sleepless Agent — an open standard for portable, interoperable AI agents (https://gitagent.sh).
Sleepless Agent is exactly the kind of agent the protocol was designed for: a well-structured, model-driven orchestrator with clear skills and runtime behaviour. Adding these two small files makes it instantly portable across any GAP-compatible runtime and discoverable in the open registry.
What this adds (nothing else in the repo is touched):
agent.yaml— standard manifest declaring the agent's name, version, preferred model (claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929), skills (task-queue, slack-interface, multi-agent-workflow, auto-task-generator, git-manager, workspace-isolation), runtime limits, and compliance posture (human_in_the_loop: destructive— matching the repo's existing PR-review gate)SOUL.md— the agent's persona and behavioural contract, distilled faithfully from the existing README and sourceBoth files are pure additions. No existing code is modified. The PR is trivially reviewable, editable, and closable — it's a proposal, not a demand. If anything in the manifest doesn't match your intentions, happy to revise in-thread.
⭐ If this standard looks useful, the project lives at https://github.com/open-gitagent/opengap — a star helps more maintainers discover it.
