CPEX was positioned as "a lightweight plugin framework" which undersells its scope. The project is a composable enforcement plane for AI agent security across the full stack. We needed a dedicated page that communicates this clearly, and the README needed to match.
Changes
docs/content/docs/vision.md) covering the problem, hooks as the enforcement plane, the three pillars (Hooks/CMF/APL), policy spectrum, execution model, and roadmap direction. Uses figures from the CPEX Overview presentation.
