buggy mcp tools because of prefix?

I was wondering why my models are prefixing tools. I can understand that this could be interesting so tools do not collide. But now I have the impression that the tool 'search_in_files' is prefixed with mcp name: fs to 'fs_search_in_files' but when the model returns 'fs_search_in_files' continuedev does not recognise it as a tool.

I have also a lot a call for this:

tools/list failed because the arguments were invalid, with the following message: Tool tools/list not found

Please try something else or request further instructions.

And is content correctly parsed. Looks like the model is not receiving the mcp output. The mcp output has correct ... while the model thinks that it contains a space.
