OptimalControl incompatible with DifferentiationInterface@0.6

The current version of OptimalControl uses the v0.13 of CTBase which depends on the v0.5 of DifferentiationInterface.

We plan to make a new release but we are refactoring lots of pieces of code so it will take some time.
