analysis: look at scaling governor

I wanted to quickly compare the scaling governor settings
between aws and google. I did not see any cpufreq directory
under /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor
or a policy directory but found other references to
default_governor and found that both were set to
performance. Another notable thing is that google
is using their containerOS while aws has something
based on centos (amazon linux I think because yum
is there)
