No MUC support yet.

My personal opinion is still that there should also be a send_entity_time option so that users can choose to share or not.

Also, I'm wondering if it makes sense to cache user's timezones when received (in browser storage or maybe private PEP)? Otherwise how useful is it for offline (or temporarily offline) users?
