Feature Request - SoundCloud player should listen to SEEK event

Current Behavior

The Soundcloud player isn't listening to the seek event.

Expected Behavior

The Soundcloud player should listen to the seek event.

Other Information

As stated in SoundCloud widget api, there is a seek event that gets fired when the user seeks:

SC.Widget.Events.SEEK — fired when the user seeks
