chore: remove docs/animation demo project
One-shot Remotion demo-video generator (446MB with node_modules, never shipped in any package). Its stale lockfile carried all four open dependabot alerts (postcss, fast-uri x2); deleting the project removes the alert surface entirely. Recoverable from history if ever needed.
