This pull request correctly standardizes the capitalization of 'OpenAI' in the short_title of two frontmatter files. The changes are good and improve consistency. While reviewing, I noticed another instance of 'Openai' that could be corrected in lamaindex/fts/RAG_with_Couchbase_Capella_and_OpenAI.ipynb (line 637). You might consider adding this fix to the PR to ensure complete consistency.
