Enable Docusaurus version dropdown (v1.1 current, v1.0 archived), v1.1 migration and New Architecture docs, v1.0 snapshot fixes, and doc content/link cleanup.
Remove v1.1 content that leaked into the frozen v1.0 docs and update v1.1 compatibility/release notes for Couchbase Lite Enterprise 3.3.3.
Rename package references to @couchbase/couchbase-lite-react-native, point GitHub links at the couchbase organization, remove the navbar GitHub link, and add a 0.6.x→1.1 migration note on the overview page.
Move the platform availability note below Features and add enterprise graduation notice at the top of the v1.0 overview page.
Apply the enterprise graduation note and relocated platform availability note on docs/intro.md, and restore the v1.0 archived overview to its previous layout.
The Couchbase OneTrust script is registered for couchbase.com, so consent cookies were never written on this domain and the banner reappeared on every refresh.

The lockfile was accidentally converted to Yarn Berry format, which breaks GitHub Actions that run yarn 1.22 with --frozen-lockfile.
