disableFallbackinput was implemented but never documented in the README, leaving users unaware of its existence.Adds a
disableFallbackentry to the Parameters section (afterignoreAmmonite), describing its default behavior and when to use it — specifically to prevent unintended cache sharing across jobs or matrix instances with differing dependency sets.
