I've recently got a new Windows and installed MaxQuant 2.7.5.0, which I'm hoping to use to analyse DDA data from a Bruker timsTOF instrument. I have used MaxQuant (older versions) previously on my old laptop without any problems with the files generated from this instrument.
However, on my new laptop when I click "Start", MaxQuant crashes within a few seconds. The software generates the "combined" folder containing the "proc" and "sdrf" folders and the #runningTimes files remains empty
- OS: Windows 11
- MaxQuant 2.7.5.0
I would really appreciate any help/suggestions as I'm very stuck! Thank you!
