Describe the bug
When I try to export my final Matrix via 'Generic Matrix Export', only the main columns (LFQ intensity) are exported with a dot as a decimal separator. All other numerical values are with a comma, although Perseus shows everything with a dot. This totally messes up further work with e.g. Excel, since there's no easy way of changing all those values to the correct separator. I used Perseus ver. 2.1.6.0
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Load the file 'Perseus Auswertung.sps' into Perseus (all numeric values should have a dot as the decimal separator.
- Go to Matrix 50
- Export Matrix with Generic Matrix Export without annotations
- Load the exported file into Excel using the Data import function (Decimal separator set to dot instead of comma in settings)
- See error
Perseus Auswertung.zip
I also made sure to check that Excel is set to the correct separator for the import to work properly.
Expected behavior
Everything should be exported with a dot as the decimal separator, but instead only the main colums are exported that way
