P4170R0 (the May 2026 reader's guide,
source/05-may/d4170-summary-may-2026.md) is already shipped
and frozen. The rule, however, is recurring: any title change
to a paper inside an active mailing window must propagate to
the corresponding mailing's reader's guide before the deadline.
Action:
- Treat this issue as a checklist for every reader-guide
paper (P4170 May, P4196 July, the equivalent for August /
November) - run a title-diff between the previous mailing
and the current paper folder before each deadline.
- Where the
summarize_papers.md tool is available, regenerate
the guide automatically and diff against the existing guide.
- Close after the July mailing if the process holds; otherwise
keep open as a perpetual reminder.
