chore: bump valkey-glide lower bound to >=2.4.0

The FT.* Search module APIs used by ValkeyStorage require valkey-glide
2.x. Bumping to 2.4.0 picks up Valkey Search 1.2 support, client-side
caching, context manager support, and performance improvements.
