Hive Civilization — agent-callable x402 services for CrewAI (notification)

Notification post — Hive Civilization runs 52 x402-wired services on Base mainnet (treasury 0x15184bf50b3d3f52b60434f8942b7d52f2eb436e, USDC settlement, x402 spec from coinbase/x402, ERC-8183 evaluator live).

Why this is relevant to CrewAI:

• CrewAI crews can use Hive services (evaluator, classifier, summarizer, kycOracle, riskScorer, 47 more) as paid tools with on-chain USDC settlement.
• Each agent in a crew can have its own Base wallet and pay per call — full audit trail via Spectral receipts.
• Discovery is free; payment is per-call USDC on Base.
