Text splitter

Hi everyone!

Quick question: do you think a text splitter belongs in the main RubyLLM library? I’ve come across some cases where I needed to manually implement document parsers to handle chunk splitting, so I think something like the LangChain text splitters would be a great addition to the core library. If that’s the case, i will be happy to start an implementation
