Undercover Agents, a Rails AI platform built on top of ruby_llm

Hello!

I’ve just open-sourced Undercover Agents — a Rails-based AI platform for building, operating, and publishing agentic systems.

With it, you can configure agents, orchestrate workflows, connect external systems, package reusable knowledge, and expose everything through clients, APIs, or Telegram bots. All of that even using Agent Alpha, the application internal agent.

LLM integrations and tooling are built around ruby_llm 🙂

It’s still in an early alpha stage, but it already includes many features and is evolving quickly.
