Note

Standardizes example formatting and overhauls the report generation example with robust polling, error handling, and updated pricing schema.

• Examples docs (EXAMPLES.md):
  • Report generation:
    • Add wait helper and implement robust polling loop using identifier, handling created/in_progress and error states (canceled/failed).
    • Only download on finished; throw on unexpected status.
    • Update schema values: adjust baseRates.proofread, individualRates values, and netRateSchemes.tmMatch ranges/prices.
  • General:
    • Normalize indentation/formatting across TypeScript snippets.
