Unable to deploy infra: error while writing ban template to KV: exceeded available rate limit retries for account

Seems like I have hit a rate limit just by restarting the cloudflare-worker-bouncer. Should the service be stopped and started the next day to get it back to working state again?

Nevermind, just received an email from Cloudflare:

You have exceeded the daily Cloudflare Workers KV free tier limit of 1000 Workers KV put operations. You can view your complete usage information in the dashboard.

Requests to put values from the Workers KV API will return 429 errors and put operations within a Worker will fail until the limit resets at 2025-12-08 at 00:00:00 UTC.
