Applications do not save

Actually it is not true. It saves the form, but it starts loading... and loading, and nothing happens.
It says:
You are using a ServerProxy but have not supplied it with a url.

It saves in the demo, but in the github version not.

The problem is with this line in the applications contriller on line 70:
tree.getStore().load();
