My name is Xavier and I am a Bioinformatic's Master student Currently I am working in analysing metabolic tasks via genome-scale metabolic models, and I came across your method. I wanted to test it using the code in this repository, but I have not been able to run it successfully yet. My experience with MATLAB is limited, but I noticed that the script runTIDEs.m as is does not run. I would be interested in reproducing the results you found so that I can use TIDE with my own dataset.
