This PR introduces a new Filebrowser application template as an alternative to the existing Cloud Commander-based file browser (motivated by better upload support), and also includes several whitespace/formatting-only cleanups across existing application templates/metadata.

Cloudcommander has felt a little awkward at times and it does not support chunked uploads. Filebrowser is an alternative application.
