Split functionality on two addons

Description of the bug or enhancement

My sentence is to split functionality on a two separate addons:

1. Ability to authenticate ldap users only. In this approach you have to create Users manually.
2. All other functionality: syncing, new user creation, etc...

Hi @sergeev-ms, for the item described in the first point there is already basic LDAP authentification in CUBA platform.

As I know "basic LDAP authentification" is not supports multi domains.
