docs: Update integration testing README with current implementation

- Document bash-based test runner (run-integration-tests.sh)
- Document JBang test scripts and centralized utilities
- Add examples for simple, web server, and MCP test patterns
- Document CI/CD workflow with test groups
- Update troubleshooting and best practices sections
