chore: upgrade to Astro 6 and @astrojs/mdx 5
Astro 5.18.1 → 6.1.5, @astrojs/mdx 4.3.14 → 5.0.3. Includes Vite 7 under the hood. SSR hydration tested — 6/6 pages pass with zero duplicates.
