Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We want this project to be a welcoming and productive place for everyone who takes part in it, regardless of background or experience. The guiding principle is simple: be nice, be reasonable, argue from logic and evidence, and act in good faith.

Expected Behavior

  • Be kind and respectful in all interactions.
  • Assume good faith in others and extend the same in return.
  • Keep discussion logical, on-topic, and grounded in evidence.
  • Give and accept constructive feedback gracefully.
  • Take responsibility for mistakes and learn from them.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, insults, or personal attacks.
  • Discriminatory, demeaning, or hateful comments.
  • Deliberately bad-faith argument, trolling, or disruption.
  • Publishing others' private information without their consent.
  • Any conduct that would reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all project spaces — issues, pull requests, discussions, and code — and in any public space when an individual is representing the project.

Enforcement

Instances of unacceptable behavior may be reported to the maintainers at mario@cure53.de. All reports will be reviewed and handled in good faith and with discretion.

Maintainers are responsible for clarifying the standards above and may take any action they deem appropriate, including editing or removing contributions and comments, or temporarily or permanently banning any contributor for behavior they consider inappropriate. Final decisions always rest with the core maintainer.
