Dependency Error on 15.langchain-quickstart-with-llama-2.ipynb

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
transformers 4.33.2 requires tokenizers!=0.11.3,<0.14,>=0.11.1, but you have tokenizers 0.14.0 which is incompatible.
