[Bug]: not possible to add bluetooth device Xiaomi Flower Care HHCCJCY01 hhcc.plantmonitor.v1

What happened?

Hi,
I have HA 2025.11 on virtual machine (without bluetooth adapter), so I added ESP32 with ESPHOME and bluetooth_proxy config.

ESPHOME is able to see on the air bluetooth device Xiaomi Flower Care HHCCJCY01 hhcc.plantmonitor.v1.

Then I go in BLE Passive monitor integration and I see mac address C4:7C:8D:6B:1C:11, I extracted encription key from Xiaomi cloud, but form of BLE passive monitor dont complete pairing/adding procedure to HA: it return always to the same page to ask the same data without any error.

I enabled debug lod level but this is the only error/warining found:

I tried to remove encryption key...no result...
