[Desktop] Cmd + E and Cmd + Ctrl + E serves as Extract Thought command

## Step to Reproduce
1. Select `World`
2. Click Cmd + E


## Current behavior
World is created as a new subthought.
Cmd + E serves as Extract Command, the same as Cmd + Ctrl E
