I Try to install this on a ARM Server From Netcup.

These are AARCH64 kernels

Nice board, what OS do you run? It claims rsync was not installed that is why it can't continue the installation.

Please try to install it sudo apt install rsync or yum install rsync and run the playbook again.
Meanwhile I'll update it to include rsync as dependency.
