Universal binaries for macOS

Description

Hello, I noticed that in version 0.14 of NotepadNext, the Mac binaries on the releases page are Apple Silicon only. With all the Intel Macs still in use and many running a still-supported version of MacOS, it would be great if there was a Universal binary available.

Regardless of whether this happens or not, a big thanks to the developer and all the contributors for this great application.

I'm not a Mac person myself so I can't say much for the MacOS side of things. If there are improvements to building the binary files that someone can contribute and those changes are not overly burdensome to maintain I'm certainly open accepting those pull requests.

I prefer to build it myself for macOS—especially for Intel—because the developers don’t prioritize it. In most cases, it only requires minor adjustments to the GitHub Actions build configuration, but they simply don’t put in the effort. They don’t seem to care about macOS support.

I have no clue what I'm doing but I think I got both x86_64 and arm64 building if anyone wants to test them out. No clue if they will actually work or not. Not a universal binary but at least a step in the right direction for
