[Bug]: Artist Artwork background not working on Local Files playback

📝 Bug Description

When you go to TV-mode or even normal Fullscreen mode, and you have the background = Artist Artwork, it does not display the Artwork when playing Local Files.
If streaming online music, it shows it.
If background is set to Album Art and Local Files are played, it shows that.
This bug I believe is new and I don't know what triggered it.
