Start using spiketools or alike for spike trends analytics

I feel that we already have too much of "logic" for assessing spiking data. I wonder if spiketools have already needed tooling so we could just reuse and avoid reinventing it here? WDYT @CodyCBakerPhD ?

Recalling your long crusade against pandas, you generally like to keep dependencies to a minimum and I don't think spkeinterface is anywhere in the current stack (and is somewhat heavy by your standards as I recall)

You certainly could initialize a NwbSortingExtractor to do the spike accessing logic portion of the session duration calculation, but it's also possible that the specific logical failure that resulted in the latest issue could have arisen just as easily in that case too
