Implement a DllCall command that allows to dynamically call functions from DLLs.
It should not be limited, thus taking things into account as follows:
- Dynamic amount of parameters
- Support for pointer arguments
- Processing return values
- Specifying calling conventions (stdcall, cdecl, etc)
