Adds a compact sidebar to the settings window with keyboard-accessible navigation for each settings section. The sidebar includes the app name, current version, centered section links, and quick tool actions for opening settings files or creating a new clock.
Selecting a section scrolls it into view, centers it when possible, and moves keyboard focus to the target card for better navigation flow.
