Now users cannot see attachment files, example user cannot see files which created by higher level, only Admin have Settings/Administrator can see, how could we change these rights to everyone can see?

Thank you for your message. I am doing my best to make the functionality as good as possible.

Have you tried adding people to the appropriate groups? Also remember to set folder access permissions accordingly.

The document hub module has several functional groups such as administration, accounting, marketing, project manager, etc.

Each folder has its own access permissions, e.g. marketing can only see the folders it has access to.

Check the correctness of the configuration. Please let us know if you were able to get the expected result.
